From the physical aspent, you can’t see what’s going on inside of your body, and you don’t know the extent of the damage you’ve done until it’s too late.
From an emotional aspect, the isolation and anxiety are terrifying. I never know if it’s a heart atach or ‘just’ (relative term) a panic attack.
